The privacy of our members is important to Vintara VTC. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it in the context of our Virtual Trucking Company (VTC).

1. Collected Information

We collect the following information necessary for the operation and management of the VTC:

Platform Identification Information: Usernames and IDs from platforms used for the VTC, primarily Discord and TruckersMP.
Activity Data: Driving hours, kilometers traveled, and convoy participation, collected via VTC tracking tools (if used) or the TruckersMP API.
Recruitment Process Information: Responses provided during the VTC application process (age, region, etc.).

2. Use of Information

The collected information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Membership Management: Verify identity and member activity.
Communication: Send notifications about events, convoys, or rule updates via Discord.
VTC Improvement: Analyze activity trends to improve the community experience.
Image Usage: Any photos you send to our Discord server may be used for our media or website.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Vintara VTC does not share identifiable personal information (such as usernames or private Discord data) with third parties outside the VTC administration, except:

When required by law or platform rules (Discord, TruckersMP).
Public activity data (kilometers, ranks) may be visible on our website or the TruckersMP VTC profile.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information against unauthorized access. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. User Rights

If you are a member, you have the right to request the information we hold about you. If you decide to leave the VTC, most of your data related to VTC activity will be deleted from our internal records, although your history on public platforms (TruckersMP) may remain subject to their own policies.
