Welcome to Vintara VTC. By joining or interacting with our Virtual Trucking Community (VTC), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a respectful, fun, and organized environment for all our members.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Discord server, using our resources, or participating in VTC activities, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Requirements

• Membership in Vintara VTC is subject to Administration approval.
• You must meet the minimum TruckersMP (ETS2/ATS) requirements and specific VTC rules.
• We reserve the right to revoke the membership of any driver who violates VTC or TruckersMP rules.

3. Code of Conduct

• Respectful treatment towards all VTC members and the TruckersMP community is required.
• Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of cheating or harmful behavior on TruckersMP servers resulting in penalties for the VTC may result in immediate expulsion.
• Administration decisions are final.

4. Activity and Driving Rules

• During official convoys, you are required to follow the convoy leader's instructions and maintain proper distance and speed.
• Drivers are expected to maintain realistic driving conduct during designated convoys.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vintara VTC is not responsible for any penalties or bans a driver receives on TruckersMP or Discord as a result of their own actions. The responsibility to comply with game rules and mods lies solely with the driver.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. The date of the last update will be indicated at the beginning of the document. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the VTC after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
